- Return window
- Eligible ready-to-order items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Eligible condition
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging. Contact Illumin3D before shipping an item back.
- Custom products
- Custom logo light boxes, personalized designs, approved artwork builds, and other made-to-order items are final sale once production begins.
- Return shipping cost
- For eligible buyer-requested returns, the customer pays return shipping. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the issue was caused by an Illumin3D error or shipment damage.
- Damaged or incorrect order
- Email Illumin3D within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.
- Refund timing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Card refunds usually appear within 5-10 business days.

Which Illumin3D product should I choose?
Choose LumaGlow Aura for a softer decorative countdown, weather, clock, and calendar display. Choose LumaGlow Edge for those core modes plus sports, stocks, and crypto. Choose a Custom Logo Light Box for a logo, team mark, artwork, business display, or custom gift.
How much does a custom light box cost?
Small builds start at $45.00 and large builds at $65.00. Final pricing depends on size, detail and artwork.
Is LumaGlow ready to order?
Current prices and availability are shown on each product listing and update from the catalog dashboard.
Custom builds
Can you make a light box from my logo?
Yes. Send your clearest logo or reference, plus colors and size notes. Vector files work best, but images are fine to start.
What files should I send?
PNG, JPG, JPEG, SVG, WEBP, PDF, AI, EPS, and PSD references are accepted by the current product flow. Customers are responsible for having permission to use any logo, artwork, or trademarked material they submit.
How long does a custom build take?
Most custom Illumin3D builds take 1-2 weeks to produce before shipping. Complex custom requests may need extra confirmation before production starts.
Shipping and returns
Do you ship in the United States?
Yes. Illumin3D currently ships standard online orders within the United States. Delivery estimates are based on the USPS or UPS service selected at checkout. Local pickup is also available by appointment. Choose Pickup at checkout.
Can I return a custom logo light box?
Custom and made-to-order items are final sale once production begins because they are built for a specific customer, logo, artwork, or approved direction.
Can I return LumaGlow?
Eligible ready-to-order LumaGlow displays may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging. Contact Illumin3D before shipping anything back.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging until we review it.
LumaGlow displays
What can LumaGlow show?
LumaGlow Aura focuses on countdowns, count-ups, weather, clock, and calendar modes. LumaGlow Edge includes those core modes plus sports, stocks, and crypto.
What is the difference between Aura and Edge?
Aura is the softer decor option. Edge adds live sports, stocks and crypto to the same core modes.
Do I need an app?
No separate app is required. LumaGlow is controlled from a phone over WiFi through the product setup and control flow.
