Agreement
Using the site and placing orders.
By using illumin3d.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked policies.
- Products and availability
- Product descriptions, features, prices, availability, and production estimates may change. Display colors and handmade/custom details may vary slightly from screen previews.
- Orders
- An order is accepted when payment is confirmed or Illumin3D confirms a pay-in-person arrangement. Illumin3D may cancel or refund orders affected by errors, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, or unsupported requests.
- Custom work
- You are responsible for having permission to use submitted logos, images, names, and artwork. Custom production may require clarification or mockup approval. Material changes after approval may affect price and timing.
- Payments
- Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. Applicable shipping and other charges are shown during checkout. You authorize the selected payment method for the displayed order total.
Fulfillment
Production, delivery, and returns.
Shipping
Customers must provide an accurate delivery address. Risk of loss transfers when the order is delivered. Report damaged or incorrect shipments promptly.
Returns and refunds
The public Shipping & Returns policy controls return eligibility, custom-order limits, damaged shipment steps, and refund timing.
Website use
Responsible use and ownership.
- Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, automate abusive requests, or use the service to infringe another person's rights.
- Intellectual property
- Illumin3D branding, site content, product photography, software, and original designs remain owned by Illumin3D or their respective licensors. Purchasing a product does not transfer those rights.
- Third-party services
- Stripe, shipping carriers, Etsy, Google, and other linked services have their own terms and policies. Illumin3D is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
- Disclaimer and liability
- To the extent allowed by law, the site and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Illumin3D is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
- Governing terms
- These terms are governed by applicable United States law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These terms and linked policies form the agreement for the site and orders.
