Illumin3D policy

Privacy Policy

How Illumin3D handles storefront, order, support, analytics, and advertising information.

Effective July 12, 2026

Your information

Information we collect and why.

We collect only what is reasonably needed to operate the storefront, fulfill orders, improve the website, and understand marketing performance.

Orders and checkout
Name, email, phone when provided, shipping address, order contents, customization details, fulfillment choices, and order status. Stripe processes card payments; Illumin3D does not store full card numbers.
Artwork and communications
Files, messages, product questions, mockup feedback, reviews, and support details you choose to send.
Website analytics
Pages viewed, approximate device and location information, referral source, campaign parameters, anonymous browser/session identifiers, cart and checkout events, and purchase totals. We use Google Analytics and a privacy-focused first-party tracker.
Security and operations
Limited technical information used to prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, diagnose failures, and protect the storefront.

Use and sharing

How information is used.

Provide the service

Process orders, payments, shipping, customer communication, custom designs, returns, refunds, and support.

Measure and improve

Understand website performance, product interest, checkout reliability, advertising results, and customer experience.

Protect the business

Detect abuse, secure accounts and forms, keep records, comply with law, and resolve disputes.

Service providers

When information is shared.

Processors
Cloudflare hosts the storefront and databases; Stripe processes payments; shipping carriers deliver orders; email providers deliver transactional messages; Google provides analytics and advertising measurement.
Marketplace activity
Purchases made on Etsy are also governed by Etsy's privacy practices.
No sale of personal information
Illumin3D does not sell customer personal information or provide customer profiles to data brokers.
Legal and safety
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud, protect rights or safety, or complete a business transfer.

Choices and retention

Your controls.

Analytics choices

You can limit cookies and storage through browser settings or use Google's Analytics opt-out tools. Blocking analytics does not prevent checkout from functioning.

Access and correction

Use the contact page to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information, subject to legal and transaction-record requirements.

Retention

Order, tax, payment, support, security, and aggregate analytics records are retained only as reasonably needed for operations, compliance, and legitimate business purposes.
